Title: Aviation Maintenance Manager, 9AM-6PM Mon-Fri

Duties:

• Planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of software and web projects oriented to the aviation industry. Ensure the successful completion of all software projects and also oversee the people performing work on the projects.
• Technical demonstration of SOMA's capabilities for aircraft maintenance control (airworthiness), Flight Operations, Purchasing, Aviation stockrooms, training for potential customers.
• Best practices recommendations for maintenance programs implementation, aircraft, stockroom management using Soma Software.Perform client records audit to be uploaded to SOMA.
• Planning, Coordinating, and Supervising development of policies, plans and programs related to Aircraft Maintenance Programs.
• Interpreting and applying FAA Laws, Regulations, Rules, Policies, Procedures and other Technical/legal provisions, as well as the provisions of General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Procedures Manual approved by DGAC to implement customer data in SOMA Software.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance techniques to ensure the airworthiness/safety of aircraft fleet.
• Develop continuous analysis and surveillance programs, in order to guarantee safe operation, in accordance with the regulations.

Job Requirements: 24 months in an aircraft maintenance management or director position or a closely related position.
